If the customer doesn’t want to pay the shipping charges they can pay by Cash. Card is not accepted.

If customer receives damaged or defective material the warranty is directly by manufacturer PS online /PS cartridge is responsible for such reason. Coutsmer have to register complain via mail or call with 7 days after delivery after that PSONLINE is not responsible.

In case customers material is miss-placed by courier company and customer didn’t receive within 30 days, Ps online store will process for Refund.

In case of Digital key (Activation key Via mail) once it will delivered to you then it can not be refunded or return.
